Payment & Shipping Policy

This Payment & Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payment methods, invoicing, and shipping procedures for services provided by Chic Package. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following policies.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our packaging design services:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Bank Transfers (T/T): Direct deposits to our business account (details provided upon request)
  • PayPal: Secure online payments through PayPal’s platform (a certain handling fee will be charged)
  • Letter of Credit (L/C): For large amount of transaction, secure for both buyer and seller
  • Western Union, Alipay, Wechat Pay, etc.

All payments must be made in USD, unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

Invoicing Procedures

  • Invoices will be issued electronically to the email address provided in your client profile
  • Invoices include detailed breakdowns of services, quantities, rates, and applicable taxes
  • Payment terms are net 7 days from the invoice date unless specified otherwise

Deposit Requirements

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate work on all design projects
  • For custom prototype creation, an additional materials deposit may be required
  • Deposits are applied toward the final project cost

Shipping of Physical Deliverables

Prototypes and Samples

  • Physical prototypes and samples are shipped via Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/SF unless otherwise requested
  • Shipping costs are separate from design service fees and will be included in your invoice
  • Clients may choose expedited shipping at an additional cost
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processes

International Shipping

  • Diversified international shipping ways: sea freight,air freight,express delivery and rail freight
  • Various shipping terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDP, DDU, etc., based on customer requirements
  • Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination
  • Clients must provide accurate import information to avoid customs delays

Delivery Confirmation

  • All physical shipments include tracking numbers or bills of lading that will be provided via email
  • Proof of delivery (signature confirmation) is required for all prototype shipments
  • Chic Package is not responsible for lost or damaged items once delivery confirmation is received

Returns and Damages

  • If you receive damaged prototypes, notify us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging for insurance claims
  • Replacement prototypes may be subject to additional fees unless damage occurred due to shipping carrier negligence
