2. Design Finalization: Revise proposals until confirmed; sign a design confirmation document.
3. Quotation & Payment: Chic Package issues a formal quotation; buyer pays the deposit (usually 30%-50% of total cost).
4. Sample Making: Supplier produces a physical sample based on the final design.
5. Sample Approval: Buyer checks sample quality (material, print, structure); confirm approval or request revisions.
6. Mass Production: After sample approval, Chic Package starts mass production; the buyer pays the balance (if agreed) before production.
7. Quality Inspection: Chic Package conducts in-line inspection; buyer may arrange third-party inspection if needed.
8. Shipping Arrangement: Confirm shipping method (sea/air/courier) and address; Chic Package packs goods and books for shipping.
9. Delivery & Receipt: Goods are shipped; buyer receives and inspects goods; process completes after confirmation.
