Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website chicpackage.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Chic Package (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

Chic Package offers custom packaging design services, including but not limited to concept development, graphic design, structural design, and prototype creation for various packaging solutions. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

  1. Client Responsibilities

a) Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of design projects, including brand guidelines, product details, and any specific requirements.

b) Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any logos, images, text, or other materials provided to Chic Package for use in their designs.

c) Clients agree to promptly review design drafts and provide feedback within agreed-upon timelines.

  1. Project Timeline and Deliverables

a) Project timelines are estimated and may be adjusted based on client feedback, revision requests, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

b) Deliverables will be provided in digital formats unless otherwise specified in writing. Physical prototypes, if included, will be shipped to the client’s provided address.

c) Additional fees may apply for rush projects, excessive revisions beyond the agreed number, or changes to project scope.

  1. Payment Terms

a) All service fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

b) A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required to initiate work on any design project.

c) Final payment must be received before release of final design files or completion of the project.

d) Late payments may result in project delays and additional charges.

  1. Intellectual Property

a) Until full payment is received, Chic Package retains all intellectual property rights to all design concepts, drafts, and deliverables.

b) Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final approved design for their intended commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c) Chic Package reserves the right to display all completed projects in our portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests and we agree to confidentiality in writing.

d) We retain the right to use any unused design concepts for other projects, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Revisions and Approval

a) The number of included revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

b) Client approval of design concepts and final deliverables must be provided in writing (email is acceptable).

c) Once final approval is given, any requested changes will be considered a new project or additional service.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

a) If a client cancels a project before work commences, any deposit paid will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

b) If work has begun, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

c) After final designs have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

  1. Limitation of Liability

a) Chic Package shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services.

b) Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.

c) We are not responsible for printing errors, production issues, or other problems that occur after final design files have been delivered to the client.

  1. Confidentiality

a) Chic Package agrees to treat all client information, materials, and project details as confidential, unless authorized by the client to disclose such information or as required by law.

b) This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed without reference to the client’s confidential information.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
